Who we are
Dubai Visa Tour (dubaivisatour.com) arranges Dubai tourist visas, hotel bookings and tours, based in Dubai, UAE. Visa applications are processed through a UAE DTCM-licensed travel partner. For any privacy question, write to info@dubaivisatour.com or message us on WhatsApp.
What the forms on this site do
The visa, hotel, tour and contact forms do not send anything to our servers. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with your answers written into a message. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.
What we receive
- What you type in the form or chat: name, nationality, travel dates, number of travellers, budget, the services you want and any notes.
- For a visa application: the passport data page and photo you send in the chat, plus any extra document UAE immigration asks for.
- Your WhatsApp number or e-mail address, because that is how you contacted us.
Why we use it
Only to answer your question, prepare your quote and carry out what you ask us to book: the visa application, the hotel reservation or the tour. We do not use it for anything else and we do not add you to mailing lists.
Who it is shared with
- Visa: our DTCM-licensed processing partner, who files the application with UAE immigration.
- Hotels and tours: the hotel or tour operator, which needs the guest names, dates and pickup details.
- WhatsApp and e-mail providers carry the messages; their own privacy terms apply to that transport.
We never sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer you, complete your booking and follow up on it (for example a visa extension or a change of dates), and for any record-keeping the law requires. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us your name, e-mail, phone number, the details you type at checkout (for example nationality and travel date) and whether the payment succeeded. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Only if you click Accept do we also use Google Analytics, which measures pages viewed, device type and approximate location in aggregate so we can improve the site, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), which measures which of our ads lead to bookings and lets us show ads to people who visited this site. Nothing is set before you choose, and you can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Google may process this data outside the UAE. Fonts and images are served from dubaivisatour.com itself. Stripe's checkout page, which opens only when you choose to pay, follows Stripe's own cookie policy.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: write to info@dubaivisatour.com or tell us in the same WhatsApp chat. We reply in English or Russian.
