How long does approval take?
Typically 24–48 hours after we receive documents and payment. Fridays and UAE public holidays can add a day. Express same-day processing is available for most nationalities.
What if my visa is rejected?
Rejections are rare when documents are clean — and we pre-check every file before submission. If immigration rejects an application, the government fee is not refundable (their rule), but our service fee is.
Can I extend my visa inside the UAE?
Yes — tourist visas can usually be extended without leaving the country. Message us before your visa expires and we'll handle the extension.
Do children need their own visa?
Yes, every traveler needs a visa regardless of age. We offer family discounts for 4+ applicants applying together.
Is this legal? Who actually issues the visa?
Visas are issued only by UAE immigration. Licensed travel agents are an official application channel — our processing partner holds a Dubai DTCM licence.
How do I pay?
